Zoltan runs our lettings day to day, from viewings and applications to move-ins, safety certificates and inspections. If you rent one of our homes, or you’d like to, he’s usually the first person you’ll speak to.

Mariola looks after the money side of the business. She makes sure rent is collected, landlords receive their payments and statements, and contractors’ invoices are paid. Contact her about any payment or statement.

Kuba organises repairs across the homes we manage. Once a repair is reported, he books our engineer or one of our regular contractors, arranges access and keeps you updated until the job is done.

Hubert is the engineer at our sister company, Spectro Property. He carries out most day-to-day repairs himself, from decorating, plastering and carpentry to basic electrical work, gardening and clearing gutters.
